How long does the process take?
From initial contact to the final product arriving, we like to estimate around 4 – 6 weeks. This can depend on how long the idea phase takes and how long the designs take to be approved.
Can you send a sample coin to us?
Unfortunately we can’t send samples. We will send you visual concepts of the coin and once agreed, a unique die-cast mold is made to bulk produce the coins.
How is billing handled?
Once the visual mock-up of the coin is approved, we require the full payment to begin manufacturing. This payment helps to cover the costs involved including producing a die-cast mold, material and other overheads.
How do the coins arrive?
Once manufacturing is complete, all coins will be inserted into PVC sleeves and be shipped together to the chosen address. To discuss other packing options, speak to a member of our team about your requirements.
Is it cheaper, the larger the order?
Absolutely. Whilst we have no minimum order quantity, it works out far cheaper when ordering the coins in bulk. Please see our pricing page for more info.
